在Stafford House学院, 我们的工作是要让学生感到舒适。学生到校的第一天，会有员工带他们介绍学校，认识同学和熟悉坎特伯雷周边的环境。
导入课
所有的新生都需要在第一天的时候参加导入课. 其包含有:
- 参观学校
- 健康和安全
- 课程进度
- 考勤制度
- 社团
- 签证疑问
- 住宿
- 就业小常识
- 开设银行账户
学生也将会见到我们团队, 包括校长和教学主管.
当你注册后我们会给学生一份学生手册和教学课程 (包括所有的费用).
入学分级考试
对于那些到校前还没有完成网上测试的，学生将会需要在校完成入学等级考试，已确保进入正确的班级.
当我们知道学生的级别后，就会告诉学生他们的级别，授课老师和上课课室。我们鼓励学生在到校前完成测试，这样就不会错过他们的导入课.
如果学生对自己的等级不满意，欢迎向我们的 教学主管, Nicky提出异议.
