From day one...our job is to make you feel welcome.
At Stafford House, our job is to make your stay with us as comfortable and smooth as possible. On your first day you will be introduced to all the key people in the school, meet your classmates and have an induction telling you all you need to know about your stay in your new city.
Induction
All new students attend an induction on their first day. This covers:
- A tour of the school
- Health and Safety
- Progressing in your course
- Attendance policies
- Social programme
- Visa questions
- Accommodation
- Employment tips
- Opening a bank account
You will also meet our team, including the Principal and Director of Studies.
When you register we will give you a student handbook and your course book (which is included in the fees).
Placement Test
When you arrive, you will need to do a placement test to make sure you go into a class that is at the right level of difficulty for you. Once you have completed this test, we will tell you your English level, teacher and classroom.
If at any point you are not happy with your level then you will be more than welcome to meet your Director of Studies.
On your first day please bring:
- Your Passport or ID
- 2 passport photos
- Confirmation of Registration
