Course formats
We offer flexible study options so you can choose the format that best fits your schedule.
- Full-time CELTA (online or in-school): A 4-week intensive course with a minimum of 120 hours of learning and teaching practice.
- Part-time CELTA (online): Evening and weekend study over 6–13 weeks.
- Part-time CELTA (in-school): Face-to-face evening and weekend classes over 12 weeks.

Online CELTA at Stafford House
Our online CELTA courses lead to the same certification as face-to-face CELTA programmes. Training is delivered via live online sessions using Zoom, alongside a Cambridge-approved Moodle learning platform. You will complete real teaching practice with learners, supported by experienced CELTA tutors.
