After a hugely successful 2025, we’re preparing for an even bigger and better summer in 2026.
We’re thrilled to be opening a brand-new centre in York—our eighth location across the UK! We’re also introducing some fantastic new roles for 2026, including our hybrid Welfare/Activities position. There’s never been a more exciting time to join the Stafford House Study Holidays team.
Each year, we recruit around 300 staff across a variety of roles to bring our summer schools to life. Our programmes run from late June to mid-August offering opportunities for everyone, whether you’re looking to gain experience, take on responsibility, or enjoy a rewarding summer of work.

We are a British Council accredited language school with over 27 years’ experience. Our standards and procedures are regularly checked by the British Council, and our student welfare procedures have set the standard for the rest of the industry.
Academic Excellence
We have a tried and tested syllabus and our own course books and materials. We employ dedicated professional teachers who are supported and guided by an experienced academic management team at head office.
Training and Support
All new non-management staff are given a full day’s paid induction at the start of their contract. We welcome newly-qualified teachers and provide full support and ongoing training for them in the form of weekly seminars and workshops.
